Lending Strategy

Prides Crossing Capital lends to established companies that have significant enterprise value, strong management, engaged ownership, a clearly defined strategy and offer a compelling value proposition to underlying customers.

Our capital is used to fund a variety of initiatives. Most commonly, we structure debt facilities to enable investment in growth or expansion strategies, complete acquisitions, implement ownership changes or recapitalization plans, and fund investor distributions.

Though we are industry agnostic, we do have experience in a broad range of industries. Among them are: various recurring business services, specialty software, media/communications, financial services, information management, tech-enabled services, education, and healthcare services.

Our portfolio companies are located throughout the U.S. and include a variety of ownership structures including private equity sponsors, individual investors, entrepreneurs and families. We have extensive experience working with search funds.
